@miliighe maybe you got me wrong ,, I know how to translate the texts, but i want to switch between them from the language switcher , but that doesn’t happen and i don’t know why.

Hi again … I am still having problem sending the reply in a language that is different from english. When i change the administration language and reply to the ticket the ticket reply is sent in english.
What can cause this problem ?@miliighe tnx for the reply,
is it possible this to be automated some way >? … as you can forget to change the language sometimes ??
@miliighe tnx alot, yes it works. I have one more question for something that i cant fix. I am trying to display the ticket system at the website language.
Example : when the site language switch is on German the ticket system for the users to be also on German and for the english the same. I am using polylang pro, but for some reason the settings of supportcandy dont detect the site language. What could be the reason and where to dig ?

They get everything in the email except: {{ticket_url}} why ?
