Hi @lech07 ,
My apologies for the wait. You are free to have the plugin SO deactivated. However, please, clear your hosting cache from SiteGround to solve the issue with WebP. Please, let us know in case it does not help.
Regarding the database maintenance, it does not make any changes with 10Web Booster. You are free to have it enabled.
May I please ask for a screenshot of the website when it gets broken? We will make sure to solve it ASAP.
Regards, Zhanna
Dear Anne-Kristin,
Thank you for the screenshot. As mentioned in the error, the issue is connected with your server. Will you please kindly ask your hosting provider to have a look? Please, check your website logs as well to get a better understanding of the issue.
Feel free to let us know in case any further questions may arise.
Regards, ZhannaDear @lech07 ,
Thank you for contacting us back.Under the Caching section of SiteGround Optimizer plugin, please, enable “Dynamic Caching” and “Automatic Purge”.
Under Environment, Frontend and Media, please, disable all the options.
The sole purpose of having SiteGround Optimizer active is to clear your hosting cache. Thus it will not have any positive or negative impact on your website speed. Hence the website speed is still great.
Regards, Zhanna

Hi @lech07 ,
Thank you for contacting us.Your website has a speed of 99 / 100 with Strong mode. Thus ,please, kindly don’t change the mode to Extreme, as Strong mode fits better to your website and its structure.
If the website is hosted with SiteGround, please, keep the SiteGround Optimizer plugin enabled, as it allows us to clear your hosting cache. However, please, deactivate any image or page optimization setting from SIteGround Optimizer plugin, as 10Web Booster already optimizes the website and they may conflict.
Sure, you can use the CDN from SiteGround. You should not face any issues with it.
Will you please kindly share your experience with the Speed Booster plugin in www.remarpro.com community? Here is the link.
Thank you for trusting us and, hopefully, taking the time for writing a review.

Hey @vlady340,
Thanks for your interest in our AI Assistant plugin.
We have recently released the initial version of AI Assistant, which can be used with the most popular WordPress editors: Gutenberg and Classic Editor.
Our team is actively developing version 2, which will have more features and be available for other popular page builders, such as 10Web Builder and Elementor. We anticipate releasing this version by the end of the second quarter of 2023.
As for Squirrly SEO, it is not currently included in our roadmap, but I have alerted our product team to research potential future integrations.
If you have any inquiries about AI Assistant or its roadmap, don’t hesitate to contact us.Forum: Plugins
