This doesn’t look like an issue with your PHP version since this error is coming from JavaScript. This is likely a conflict with JavaScript added by another plugin. Are you able to disable other plugins and see if that resolves this issue?

Which language file are you talking about? What language are you using? Did you see an error? What version of the calendar are you using?
