I`m getting the same issue with having wp in site.com/dir
Dashboard: site.com/dir
Plugin: site.com/dir

But it cannot be served. Can you please provide a detailed setting?

yes, I uninstalled it, even deleted 2 DB records. then install it back and when I try to activate the plugin I`m getting the error

thanks for work but you should to let us choose a plugins. for my side some of them don`t want to work (commercial) e.g.
