You would help us very much if written in this topic, what version of php installed on your server and what version of wordpress you are using.

Indeed there was a bug with the addition of paypal account that was associated with upgrading the version of PHP and therefore slipped away from us, thank you that you helped to catch him.
With regard to the problem with the choice of the style of the buttons , we once again verified the performance of this function in all browsers – all works fine.
“No matter what I do nothing appears on my blog.” – the plugin has been tested on version 2.8- 3.3.1, everything works.
