To avail that trigger functionality, you have to modify the JS, There is a method(open_wcmnd_popup) available in the plugin JS file. By using this method you can trigger to the Popup.

Can you please try to make install the plugin on a fresh installation of wordpress and woocommerce on your local system? Might be there is some other plugin which which are doing some conflict with this plugin. Also please check the error log of your server, you can see what exactly the issue from there.

First I am bit confuse about your query. If I am not wrong then you are looking for Redirection and form validation functionality. Both are available in your premium plugin.

1. Yes, there is option to redirect the Popup after subscribe
2. The form validation is working on that page itself.

Please let us know if you need anything else.
