I spoke too soon. Front page is still messed up. Although the formatting is better my adboxes are just gone now.

Reverting back to old version.

Ok…I got the top banner ad working.

There are some on the side though that you can see here (Test Ad) that are still not working on the front page:

Seems I can see some ads on individual posts like here:

But nowhere else (most importantly not the front page).

I should ad I am not using an ad blocker and I tried Firefox, MS-Edge and Chrome…none showed the ads.

I consider this problem resolved.

Found a solution (actually I didn’t but got some great help):

Change the following in SimpleFeed.php:

80- // Force the feed if invalid
81: $feed->force_feed(true);

Resolved the issue.

The time on my server was wrong.
