Thank you for your reply. I can see that the spam test score is a 9.9/10. DKIM and SPF are setup. It is a gmail account which is used for sending. Here are some screenshots: https://ibb.co/SmNmBcg / https://ibb.co/hdZDYJB.

I have also verified that the mailer was setup correctly. It has been setup and working properly for about a year or so, and just recently it started sending to spam. I have setup the Google Mailer option on hundreds of sites and have found that if there was an issue with the Api, Credentials, or OAuth then WP Mail SMTP prints the error and I can quickly fix it. However, from everything I can tell, there is no issues at all with these sending or delivering. Spam tests pass, DKIM and SPF are in, but multiple recipients are finding the messages in their spam folder.

I guess I was just hoping there may have been something you all may have noticed recently, or a change/update that was made, that might be causing this? I know you mentioned reaching out to the mailer support, but that is Google/Gmail, and I don’t think there is any way to reach out to them.

Thank you @gusaalves for your quick response. This would be a great temp fix, my only issues is that in the future there might be a title that is longer than everything we have now, which would mean having to manually adjust this CSS each time. Or, some of the long titles may go away after some time, and then we have several short titles but with a large amount of space.

I was hoping there was some css I could apply that will auto sized all of the boxes based on whatever the longest title ends up being, at least in the same row. Since this plugin is using flex I figured it would do that already, but apparently there is more to it.

I figured it out. Somehow the Start Time and End Time settings in The Events Calendar was off my a few months, for each test event. So it was acting as if the event started on one day, then ran for 4 months until an end day. Once I changed these back to start/end the same day then the events began to show again.

I got to the same spot as @santy66 where i replaced the FB page name with the ID number. That made the “Invalid OAuth 2.0 Access Token” error go away, but now the plugin/page doesn’t display any posts. I see that it has been a long time since any plugin Dev has responded to issues so i’m guessing they abandoned this plugin.

Thank you @eskapism . Is there any way you, or any of you, could think of that we could do moving forward that may catch the culprit?

What I mean is, if it is a plugin then right now I don’t see any way of figuring out which one, or knowing whether it might happen again. If it’s not a true error, then turning on debug wouldn’t catch it either. So I am in a weird position where I don’t know the cause, if it will happen again, or how to figure out what the cause is.

@eskapism Thank you for your response. Can you further explain what a cron job is? I am not familiar with that. Could that be anything server related?

So oddly enough it seems to have only happened on that day (Nov 28 at 8:13pm). It deleted over 20 image attachments.

@threadi I don’t see any plugins that should be messing with image files or the media files, and yes of course we do run updates frequently, but have never seen this happen on any other site either.

First, please navigate to the WordPress Permalinks settings admin page. Make no changes. Simply visiting the page tells WP to rebuild its permalink rewrite rules.

Does that correct the issue?

Yea this worked! I went to the Settings > Permalinks page, then hit save. When i reloaded/refreshed the directory page it was working again.

Yep the quickest fix is to use “WP Rollback” and set the GiveWP version back 1 step.

Thanks guys. Using that Rollback plugin was quick and saved me a ton of headache. At first I thought it was a server issue, but then multiple clients reached out saying it wasn’t working.
