You guys are a GIFT, thank you. Your second link is where I had the issue. In Printful, one needs to select under variant and “tick” MANAGE STOCK and then fill in an amount (999) in the Stock Quantity section. I had no idea that was even in there! So thanks, all is good, I greatly appreciate your help, had combed so many forum posts trying to find out why this was happening and what I was doing wrong.
Where can I make a contribution to you folks. I’m an artist (painter) and don’t use this for multiple sites as many do, but I would like to help in some way for your awesome product.
Thanks for the quick reply! It seems to work with MS Edge and Chrome browsers, but must be an issue with Firefox – Would a conflict of FF add-ons cause this, perhaps? Thanks again.

I also keep getting this error, very frustrating. Have tried multiple things to troubleshoot.

It does seem to have worked faster this time- I read somewhere to go into expert settings and adjust from 400MB to 100MB in UD, which may the reason it went faster today. Still it renders my site useless to visitors during the day on Thursdays while it’s backing up (its normal backup time)
Maybe it’s inmotionhosting? The I/O is @ 2MB and is usually maxed out when it is backing up. I can’t afford $100+ a month for VPS hosting (at least not yet) Is there ANYTHING we can do to alleviate things?
Many thanks again – I realize I am not a paying customer yet – and appreciate whatever remedy you might suggest.

shipping class costs
that is throwing the error. I went to SHIPPING CLASSES (top right of the SHIPPING tab) then added the shipping class and then went back to SHIPPING ZONES and the class appeared. Filled in cost and is all set.
