Solved my issue!

I had the spinny thing on the checkout-

Changed the Settings- General to display the same url’s.

Also in the woocommerce- payments- paypal
and disabled the sandbox mode.

I also disabled all plugins i wasnt using except woocommerce and wowslider… but i’m not sure this was the issue.

I think the issue was the URL SETTINGS
