In reply to: [WooCommerce] Sub Categories not showingHi there @corinne46!
On the main shop page the sub categories do not show
This is the expected behavior. Shop page can show Products, Categories or both, but not subcategories.
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/XLGcXKYou can display subcategories on the Category pages though.
To alter catalog and/or shop layouts to show products in their respective categories or subcategories you may consider using Nested Category Layout.
If you want to try it, we have a 30-day refund policy. If the product doesn’t work the way you need or you think another product would work better, we are more than happy to provide a full refund.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Donation in Woocommerce add to cart pageHi there @gsindhusha!
Although not free, Donation For WooCommerce is a great solution for your case I think. If you want to try it, we have a 30-day refund policy.
If it doesn’t meet your needs, you may then need to search for other solutions. We don’t generally suggest any plugins that are not developed by us, because we can’t make any guarantees as to their function and can’t provide support for these plugins.
I hope that’s helpful.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Menu in Grid FormatHi there @gsindhusha!
Are you referring to submenus like on this demo site? https://themes.woocommerce.com/storefront/
If yes, then you could consider using Storefront theme in combination with Storefront Mega Menus.
If you want some other plugin, you may also need to Google for other solutions if this one doesn’t meet your needs.
I hope that’s helpful and points you in the right direction. Let us know if you have more questions.

Hi there @wickywills!
To confirm that the issue is either due to WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway or Aelia Currency Switcher specifically, I do suggest that you first run a full test for conflicts as described in our guide:
Once that is done, you can share your findings with us, and based on those the compatibility request most likely can be made to the developers of Aelia Currency Switcher at https://aelia.co/contact
I hope that’s helpful and points you in the right direction. Let us know if you have more questions.
Cheers!
Hi there @microjingles!
when customer wants to buy specific product with Credit / debit card it gets an error message: “Sorry, something went wrong. We’ll take you back to checkout so you can try again.”
What you describe has been reported by some other users in this bug report at PayPal:
I do suggest that you report your case there and get further help from PayPal team directly.
I hope that’s helpful and points you in the right direction. Let us know if you have more questions.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] Problem with checkoutHi there @ibra23!
Your checkout is not loading for me for some reason as you can see here
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/26kLoABesides that, what you observed is likely an issue caused by the translation process. Possibly it has to do with the placeholder that is used incorrectly in the translated string/s. So make sure to review all the translated strings done with Loco translate and reach out to their support if you still need help.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] remove product description on cart and checkout pagesHi there @josh9787!
Since there is no built-in toggle to hide the product description, the way to go would be using CSS indeed.
You can take a look at this page about customizing WooCommerce in case it’s helpful. Also, CSS Basics page can get you started.
https://woocommerce.com/customizations/ may be useful in case you want more help with the code as providing it is outside of scope of our support.
Lastly, it would be great to have you add your ideas to the Ideas Board, which is where developers go to look for future plugin features and improvements.
I hope that’s helpful and points you in the right direction. Let us know if you have more questions.
Cheers!
Hi there @neev07!
I’m glad that you like WooCommerce Blocks ??
But I am not able to add custom field in checkout page.
Currently custom fields are not supported in the Checkout Block.
However, there is already an idea submitted for this on our Ideas Board. I encourage you to vote on it there as that is where developers go to look for future plugin features and improvements.
I hope that’s helpful and points you in the right direction. Let us know if you have more questions.

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Google tag manager integrationHi there @reventlov!
I’m not familiar with Google Tag Manager so you may need to ask the question to the authors of that tool. However, Facebook for WooCommerce plugin allows you to install Facebook Pixel and then verify that it’s insalled.
I hope that answers your question, but if not, please let me know if I can help any further.
Cheers!

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Sale prices not shwoing in FBHi there @nacid!
Sale price end date
1970-01-30T15:59-0800
Sale price start date
1970-01-28T16:00-0800Are you seeing these for a particular product in WooCommerce or somewhere else? If you could share a screenshot it’d be great so I can understand where you are looking.
I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URLs in your reply. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
Also, could you please check if the sales price has been transferred over to your catalog? Here’s how:
1. Log into your Facebook Business Manager here: https://business.facebook.com/
2. Navigate to More Tools > Commerce Manager then expand Catalog
3. Click on Items, and select a sales item, and click on View more fields. Like this: https://cloud.skyver.ge/Z4ukBmpN
4. In the table, scroll down to the Price, and please confirm if the Sale price is populated. Like this: https://cloud.skyver.ge/yAulvv1KI’m looking forward to hearing from you to assist you further. Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Manual order and customer dataHi there @bassamradi!
The information in the thread you linked is still correct. So you’ll want to first add the customer in WP Admin > Users > Add New and then you can assign them to an order.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Same product diff SKUHi there @dubbegood!
I want to list it twice with two names so A & B but its actually the same product. I want stock control to work so need it to share stock level for both products.
Great question! So you could use this workaround with the bundle plugin (such as Product Bundles or maybe even yours). It consists in including the product in two different bundles (but adding only that very product to each) where you give them a different name.
I hope that’s helpful and points you in the right direction. Let us know if you have more questions.

Hi there @strongtyer!
The easiest way to have built-in sorting when displaying products on a page is to try
All Products Block
available within WooCommerce plugin when using Gutenberg editor. There are also extra blocks available as a separate plugin:– https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-gutenberg-products-block/
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/724UY2In addition to the above, it would be great to have you add your vote to the existing idea at Ideas Board for the sorting feature within shortcodes, which is where developers go to look for future plugin features and improvements.
I hope that’s helpful and points you in the right direction. Let us know if you have more questions.
Cheers!
