I uninstalled W3 Total Cache and then it worked fine =)

I have the same problem, and do I really have to switch the theme? My website has so many visitors that I would rather not change anything drastic like that. :S

I think it depends on what theme you have. For me, it is in Appearance > Theme options > Header > Search form.

I also have problem with “From”.
I want to show [your-name][your-email] in that field, but then I get a syntex error message.
If I put my email address in the field, it’s works fine, but then I just see my own email address at the overwiew in my inbox beside the subject.
