problem solved by my provider, heres his answer translated:

“it seems the plug in doesnt utilize the headers
HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR
HTTP_X_REAL_IP
that contaings the real ip of the visitor
After some adjustments i made, it forwards the REMOTE_ADDR too, so we think your problem is solved”

after that everything works ??

on my way

the ips of the visitors are OK, for exapmle from italy, greece, korea etc.
but the flags and the map are showing germany
