Did you tried the plain=”1″ tag? (e.g. [text-blocks id=”1234″ plain=”1″])

I have the same error message and everything still seems to work for me, too. Have you been able to find out more about it?

But may I ask why you strip out most of the HTML-tags? Is there a problem, to leave them in? I would like to use eg. the target attribute for links, or even shortcode for a GDPR popup.

even in the newest version 3.5.1.2 you haven’t solved the named problem: the IDs doesn’t fit and since 3.5.1 the popups don’t work anymore. As maxdestefano stated, the solution may be to rename all already inserted popups by hand, but this will be a very annoying and time consuming act. Please restore the functionality from V.3.4.1.

as maxdestefano wrote, the IDs of the popups doesn’t match anymore, eg. my inserted popup has the ID 1, the same popup in the popup-manager has now the ID 5575. Till V.3.1.4.1 this didn’t matter, the popups worked nevertheless, but in the 3.1.5.1 the popups won’t open anymore.

Yes, and I think that was the time with the changed popup IDs.

I really love your tool, but I have to say, this is the plugin with the most doesn’t-work-anymore-after-update-issues in my collection of 38 plugins.

Please, do more (beta) testing before releasing new versions. It’s ok to me, as I always keep a backup of all plugins and do also tests in a test-environment. But still it isn’t funny.

With the standard WP themes there is no issue, only with my used i-excel (see link above) this happens, regardless of using a new widget, or editing an existing one.

My workaround is to use a fullscreen window under macOS.

I have the same problem (popups not opening) with V.3.1.5.1 – with V.3.1.4.1 the popup-IDs are also different (I think this came with V.3), but the popups have worked properly, but with the .5.1 none of the already inserted popups work anymore.

Sadly I have to report, that V.2.6.4 didn’t resolve the problem. Maybe it’s also related to the named theme?
