Wie schon geschrieben: ich habe auch andere PayPal PLUS Plugins getestet, mit denen ist dieser Fehler nicht aufgetreten, aber diese schlie?en den Kauf direkt nach der Bezahlung ab, ohne dass auf den Button “jetzt kaufen” geklickt werden muss – und ich bin mir nicht sicher, wie rechtskonform das in D ist.

Und nochmals zur Erinnerung: mit dem PayPal Checkout direkt im Warenkorb tritt der Fehler auch mit eurem Plugin nicht auf.

ich konnte es wohl auf das Plugin Germanized von Vendidero reduzieren.

Folgendes passiert: mit Germanized werden direkt nach Klick auf “jetzt Bestellen” zwei Mails versandt, der Bestelleingang für den Shop und den Kunden, in beiden Mails ist die originale WC-Bestellnummer enthalten.

Ohne das Plugin erfolgt kein automatisierter Versand der Mails. Werden die Mails nach der Bestellung über das Backend ausgel?st (mit oder ohne Germanized) ist die sequentielle Bestellnummer enthalten.

Inwiefern dieses Plugin dafür verantwortlich ist, kann ich nicht sagen, aber wenn ich alle Plugins deaktiviere, wird direkt nach der Zahlung keine Mail versandt, mit Germanized schon.

ABER: es passiert nur mit eurem PayPal-Plugin, andere funktionieren auch mit Germanized.

K?nntet ihr euch mal mit Vendidero verbinden?

vielen Dank für deine Rückmeldung, mit aktuell 55 aktiven und 13 deaktivierten Plugins ist das immer ein ordentlicher Aufwand, aber ich kann sagen, dass andere PayPal-Plugins, z. B. die von WooCommerce und weitere diesen Fehler nicht aufweisen, allerdings ist euer Plugin von der Handhabung und Darstellung allen anderen überlegen, weshalb ich dieses schon gerne weiter verwenden m?chte.

Komischerweise erh?lt PayPal die richtige Bestellnr. (wird dort als Rechnungsnr. ausgewiesen, das ist aber ein anderes Problem) nur in den Mails steht die interne WooCommerce-BestNr.

Ich werde aber nochmal testen und Rückmeldung geben.

PS: ich würde auch auf das Seq.Ord.No. Plugin verzichten, wenn ich wüsste, wie man die interne Bestellnr. von WooCommerce ?ndert, wir müssten hier von 9100 auf 162000 hoch, damit es sich mit den alten Bestellnr. des ehem. Shops nicht überschneidet. Hast du hier einen Tipp?

we are using the latest versions of both plugins, but still the mentioned error occurs: instead of the Sequential Order Number the internal/original order number of WooCommerce is displayed in the mails.

Hi,

if I knew how to replicate this result, I would probably know how to avoid it.

I’m just using the standard block “Component: Order subtotal” – in editing mode it looks fine, but in the preview or the mail the VAT under the total appears.

I am not aware of any setting in which I could change this behaviour.

I added the following script with the plugin Snippets:

It seems to have no effect at all: the text is not translated.

I haven’t tried Loco, as I wanted to stay away from another plugin for just one need.

Any further suggestions? Did I made a mistake in the script?

Thank you very much, that was the solution! I think that happened with the module Germanized, there I changed to the ” Deutsch – Sie” variant.

Is it conceivable that you could extend the plugin so that it also works with other German variants?

thank you for your answer, but I don’t want to translate your plugin, please read again: the language of the plugin has changed from German to English without noticeable reason! In my test shop it is still German.

My question: how can I change the language manually?

Ich verwende für solche Code-Addons übrigens das Plugin Code Snippets, evtl. wollt ihr das als Info in euer Tutorial mit aufnehmen – ist für viele Anwender evtl. einfacher und übersichtlicher.

Thank you for the tip, this is exactly the information I was looking for – also on the manufacturer’s website – and found nothing.

It is OK that free plugins have a restriction, but I would like to know this BEFORE installing them, especially if it is a security-relevant product.

So I can absolutely understand your assessment and abstain from a test.

das Video hat mir immerhin gezeigt, wie die überschrift in die Lieferadresse kommt, das war schon mal hilfreich, vielen Dank.

Mit dem Einfügen von Shortcodes habe ich immer noch so meine Probleme, weil ich manches gar nicht in der Liste finde, wie z.B. den Rabattcode (nicht den Rabatt selbst!).

Trotzdem bitte nochmals die Frage nach dem CSS-Code: wo kann ich diesen einfügen, um die Zeilenh?hen zu reduzieren?

OK, ich bin mit dem Block-Editor noch etwas überfordert: mit dem [+] und “Shortcode” hab ich es nicht hinbekommen, da die Lieferadresse dort nicht aufgeführt wird, aber mit “/” statt [+] hat es funktioniert.

Ahhh… zu früh gefreut:

Wie bekomme ich die überschrift (“Lieferadresse”), wie bei der Rechnungsadresse integriert, damit diese überschrift auch nur angezeigt wird, wenn es eine Lieferadresse gibt?

Ich habe versucht folgendes aus dem Block der Rechnungsadresse zu kopieren und bei der Lieferadresse einzufügen:

<p class="address-heading"><span style="font-size:10px" class="has-inline-text-size"><span style="color:#a9a9a9" class="has-inline-color">Lieferadresse</span></span></p>

… leider liefert dies nur einen Fehler im Block im visuellen Editor.
