In reply to: [Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer] Language Issue in the mailsAddendum: it is actually due to the unrecognised German language setting “Formal”.
Could you correct this in your plugin?

In reply to: [Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer] Language Issue in the mailsI would like to reiterate here: I also noticed that the mail texts with activated Kadence plugin are not only in English, but also completely different texts than those stored in the WooCommerce settings.
Perhaps Kadence has a similar “bug” as other plugins: the formal salutation (and I value this!) is not recognised as German, because it uses a different language code. German “Du” has the code “de_DE”, German “Sie” (formal) the code “de_formal” or something similar. This is then not understood by many plug-ins as a German language setting.
As long as the stored mail texts are not used and other texts such as “Rechnungsadresse” are output as “Invoice address”, I can unfortunately not use Kadence, which is a pity, because the styling otherwise works very well.

In reply to: [Firelight Lightbox] Wrong icon rendering in FirefoxThanks for your answer and I checked that this seems only to happen with Firefox on macOS, on a Windows PC this can’t be seen.
So it’s a minor flaw with Fx on macOS – I think this will stay for some years… such bug reports are quite often ignored by Mozilla for a looong time.
And yes, the second light box on the start screen comes from Elementor, which decided to turn on it’s own light box with an update a while ago. I thought I turned the option off in the settings, but the first image is still affected. As I use Elementor only on the start page I will get rid off it.
Thanks again to you for taking a look.
Best regards.
PS: I found the source of the problem: it was an old plugin called “WP SVG Icons”.
At the moment, the pressure of suffering is not great enough for me to deal with it, so I will simply do without the recipes in the next time.
Nevertheless, thank you very much for your support up to this point.

Hi,
first of all, thank you very much for your patient and kind support!
Unfortunately, I’m not getting anywhere now either, because I don’t understand exactly what I’m supposed to do.
Would it help to create a temporary access to our test system? It looks pretty desolate there, but the same problem exists.

Hi,
for my site all AdBlockers etc. are disabled in the browser, no optimization plugin is active in WP, JS seems to work flawless elsewhere. Tested in Fx and Safari, both newest versions.

In reply to: [Custom Order Status for WooCommerce] Status with payment possible?I’ll explain in more detail: I have created the order status ‘payment-pending’, which should be for customers who have not completed a PayPal payment.
I use this separate status to keep track of this, but there are others.
The customer receives a payment link with the order confirmation mail, which refers to the page with the payment methods of WooCommerce, which is also sent again separately when changing to the above status.
However, WooCommerce does not recognise this status as payable and displays the following message when the URL is called up for the customer: “The status of this order is “payment-pending” – it cannot be paid. Please contact us if you need assistance.”
WooCommerce probably only accepts the statuses “pending” and “failed” as payable.
Is there a solution to this?
