Guys, for all people having this issue. I solved it by doing the following steps:

– Delete WP cache in case you are using it (WP cache, W3 total cache, etc…)
– Delete CDN cache in case you are using it (Cloudflare and similar)
– Delete Browser cache
– Go to Menu –> Media Library –> Add New
– DO NOT drag and drop. Press the “select files” button” and upload
– Done!

Hi again. Just to add a bit more info on the issue. Today the plugin has updated and now it displays the right picture for Facebook but for Twitter still delivers the small thumbnail.

Hi Benjamin. Thanks for your answer. I disabled the plugin once I noticed it was taking the wrong picture since I’m reposting my blog content and they were giving errors because of the tiny size. All my posts have featured pictures and I emptied all caches and cloudflare as well.

You can compare with the code without the plugin (now that it is disabled). The picture is different. Without the plugin it takes the featured image and with the plugin it takes the smallest thumbnail.

Honestly… it has passed so much time I don’t remember how this ended. It may have been solved one way or another for sure. But I don’t remember how. ??

I had this issue finally solved after MONTHS (literally) of dealing with it. At the end, after several mails with LinkedIn support they recognized that this was a known issue and they were working to solve it. A couple of weeks later the issue was solved and everything now works ok. I suggest you to open a ticket at LinkedIn support.

Same for me. Doing the connect process and I don’t know if I’m connected but thing is that returning to jetpack dashboard keeps showing the ‘You are not connected to WordPress.com’ message.

He instalado el plugin manualmente como has comentado, vuelto a vaciar la caché, verificados conflictos con otros plugins y sigue sin salir el mensaje flotante.
