Have you updated to the version 2.0.2 of the plugin? It says that a setup error has been fixed.

Can you login (via ftp or ssh) to your domain and see if xd_receiver.php is actually there in https://yousite.com/wp-content/plugins/contactme/xd_receiver.php ? If yes, can you verify the permissions (0644 or 0777 just to check)?

Have you also tried removing the plugin and doing a clean installation?
