Thank you. It turns out that another plugin was removing the option completely, but it’s all good now.

Thank you! I renamed the theme and restored from updraft.

I’ve never had this problem and suddenly am when trying to upgrade to 3.4.1. Any ideas?

I’ve asked around and that seems to be the consensus. Apparently, when there’s a new update it just takes a bit for the plugin people to catch up.

This gets stranger. If I go to my blog via https://www.zachwaldman.com/wordpress I can’t see the comment box but if I go to my blog through the link generated by my twitter plugin which is https://bit.ly/h1fuC I CAN see the comments box.

Can anybody help solve this mystery?

I know other people have had this problem but I still can’t resolve it. Anybody have a suggestion? Thank you very much.

Thanks for looking, but it’s not working for me in Firefox or IE 7

This is WEIRD! I didn’t change anything and the comment box vanished from Firefox too. Please help.
