In reply to: [Social Chat - Click To Chat App Button] Changes only appear when logged in?Hiya…..sorry for my ignorance. I searched high and low for a cache option and found the WP-Optimize area. When I turn on “Enable page caching” then a “Purge the cache” option appears underneath but it’s greyed out and it says:
Current cache size: 0 bytes
Number of files: 0
Does that mean the cache is purged? I also cleared cached data on Chrome. But there is still one page of my website that stubbornly still shows the old whatsapp icon and number. It’s this page https://vietproductsource.com/account/
All the other pages are fine. Any further thoughts? Thanks!Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Edit iconPerfect! I found the plug in and made the desired changes but it’s only working for when I’m logged into my site. When I open a private tab it’s still linking to the old number. Do I need to clear a cache or something?

In reply to: Updating search database with csv fileUgh….I tried it and it duplicated all my suppliers. I must have ticked one of the wrong checkboxes.
It’s not woocommerce. I don’t have products for sale directly……it’s just a big list of suppliers. Not sure what to do now! Haha.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Updating search database with csv fileYes….maybe I’m not explaining my problem correctly James.
I just want to edit some things on my csv file……and then re-sync my website data to the csv file.
I have a bunch of suppliers. They have various product categories that you can search for. Let’s say I want to change every category that currently says “Men apparel” to just “Apparel”. I can change this on my csv file in bulk no problem.
Now I want to upload the new csv file to my website (I assume using WP Import?) and then run the import so the website will reflect the changes. But I don’t want to duplicate any suppliers, just change their existing data. I can change the data in any supplier manually inside the backend…and it will reflect when you do a search. But just trying to do it in bulk. Do you know how to do this please?Forum: Fixing WordPress
