I’m sorry to trouble you! This happens for me both on the local server with a “clean theme” and on the existing site, but the “Wide width” and “Full width” buttons work correctly. This happens in Chrome, Firefox, IE. Something strange is happening. For example, in the standard “Cover” block, the fixed background does not work in the latest versions of Chrome and Firefox, but it works in IE11 … I use an Asus laptop with Windows10. But I don’t think the reason is in the laptop.

You can try to do this: after the plugin is deactivated, the blocks will not be displayed or the contents will not be displayed correctly. But if you activate the plugin again, everything will return as it was.
