I am getting this issue as well and I don’t have iThemes backups scheduled to run.

FWIW, I put a few posts that I am having issues with in g+ through the facebook debugger with no errors.

The ones that have issues with facebook have featured images that aren’t wide enough. so that is not an issue you need to worry about. However, the G+ thing is still an issue.
