Я не знаю как работает ваш мод редиректа 404, но вполне может и быть причиной, так как там нет пока ничего и может и редиректить.
Проверьте.

А не стоят ли моды каких то редиректов или попробуйте пересохранить постоянный ссылки.
Такого не должно быть.

И комментарии на странице форума запретите.
