Yes, I’m using the shortcode. If I go to the form page it’s there, but the form is only on the right side of the page. On the page with the shortcode the alignment is fine. Is there a way to change the alignment?

This is marked as resolved but I’m experiencing this issue too. Could you please post the resolution?

Thank you for the reply! I’ve modified the file several times to be sure I wasn’t making a mistake but all I get is a spinning circle after clicking the vote button.

I’m using the “Message after vote” field in your options panel and adding the message “Thank you for your vote! You’re being redirected to the results.” If the message could be displayed where the vote button is, then it would be visible. The only reason I’m asking how to scroll to the top is because that’s where the message after vote displays, which is off the screen after scrolling to answer the questions.

    Thanks again for your help!

Thanks mymothersdaughter! Upgrading to PHP 5.5 seems to have fixed it for me too.

Try using the HTML Snippets plugin. I use CoffeCup Web Form Builder too, but I get a different error. When the form is submitted it won’t display the results or re-direct to another page. Instead it giver a server error:

    Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I have several sites that also now have an issue because of the automatic upgrade to 3.9.1. I have a script for a music store that won’t finish loading, but only in Internet Explorer. Here’s one of the sites: https://songs4acause.org/bostonstrong/.

I agree that the user should be able to approve the upgrade. There should also be a link to click that automatically reverts back to the previous version so we don’t have to do so much manual file manipulation and impact our website’s availability. This is not professional grade policy.

I can’t find a cookie named sandbox and my site only displays as text. I also can’t get to the login screen in IE 11. In Chrome everything seems fine. If I log out of the site in Chrome it doesn’t help the IE 11 situation.

Thanks for the response. Can you tell me the name of the cookie? I can’t find anything that looks like it might be the one and I really don’t like just deleting them all. I’ll try activating the plugin again. Is there a way for me to share a url to the test site with others? Even if it just resided in a subdirectory called ‘sandbox’ that would work. Also, is there a way to just turn the sandbox site into the active one, or do I have to re-create all the activity from the testing and modification?

I tried it and it seemed to create the sandbox ok, but I couldn’t understand how to view the sandbox site. It also wouldn’t de-activate when I clicked on the link so I had to log in from a different browser (Chrome) to delete it, and now I can’t get to my site from my original browser (IE 11).
