Thanks for the quick response Thomas! I’ll add this info for anyone else who may be wondering: When you post to a “page” on Facebook (versus a personal profile) even though the link doesn’t bring in an image, title or description you can add them in the Facebook posting process and they’ll share across Facebook on shares from your page. The info won’t carry through if someone only shares the link, because the OG info isn’t in the page, but it’s a solution that works for any web page that doesn’t have the tags defined.

I’d like this too. It looks like there’s a separate page for each job, so all that would be needed is to enable the Featured Image and Excerpt sections in the “Add Job” page.

Thanks for the response Thomas! I’m familiar with configuring fields on the App Form. I’d like to access the email template to add some clarification and formatting, for instance:

When we forward an application to a hiring manager, the link to the application page is not accessible by them, so I want to add a comment that says “FOR HUMAN RESOURCES USE ONLY” to avoid confusion.

And where the candidates info and resume link is I’d like to add:
HERE’S YOUR JOB APPLICANT:

It would also be nice to add some formatting to dress it up a little.

Regarding adding custom labels that display on Applications list and Applicant Detail Page, I created a category called “internal use only” and assigned fields (for example, Offer Made & Offer Accepted) to it so they don’t show up on the published application. Then I selected “Show this field in the Application List?” and a heading appears in the applications list but there’s no data in the field and no way to input data within the applications list.

If you set up a basic form with just first name, last name, email, and file upload for a resume it would take less than a minute to add them. It’s as easy as typing in 3 fields and clicking “upload”. Hope this helps!

Hi Thomas, I’m just implementing this plugin and really like the functionality. Would you consider an enhancement to allow people to upload additional files to an applicant’s record? We have applications, reference checks, background checks, etc. and we’d love to keep them all in one place where multiple users can access them.
