I hope you don’t mind me contacting you but I found your post as I am now going through exactly the same process of setting up a UK online therapy site. I have Memberpress installed on the site for membership considerations but have been looking at lots of different options for the chat function but cannot make up my mind which one to go with. I need to provide a ‘typed’ chat function and also video chat but one to one rather than a group thing. Can you tell me what you went for in the end and if it worked well please. I’d love to know how you got on and has your platform been a success?
