The answers stays the same: Please follow these steps to figure out the cause for this issue. This is the only way we can figure out the problem, since we cannot login into websites and check ourselves.

We have tested latest WordPress version (5.6.2) along with latest Contact Form 7 version (5.4) and the latest version of Redirection for Contact Form 7 (2.3.4) and everything works fine.
It is possible there is a plugin conflict.
Please follow these steps and try to debug further.

Yes, it does. Just duplicate the form in each language separately. If you encounter any problems, let us know.

Please try to turn off all plugins except Contact Form 7 and Redirection for Contact Form 7 AND switch the theme to Twenty Twenty-One so we can ourselves.
If you cannot do so in the live version of the site, you can setup a staging environment for us to check.

Unfortunately no. There is an extension that adds an option for conditional logic for redirect, but it won’t support submit button value.

Sure, It can be done easily with one of our extensions – Conditional Logic Redirect for Contact Form 7:
