With click tracking, the plugin will fire an event whenever someone clicks on the submit button.

Which is not necessarily a valid form submission.

I see that you are using Elementor Forms.

We may be able to create an integration that would be more accurate.

The click event doesn’t seem to show on the website. So it’s either cached, which you already cleared, or maybe a bug.

I can see that a Universal tracking tag is loaded after ours and overrides it.

Are you still using it? If not then removing it will fix this.
