wePOS is a POS solution for physical shops. You can accept the money in 2 ways, cash and card.
Right now, the Card payment is manual. When a customer will pay for a product with the card then you have to take the payment with the card sliding machine (EFT). After charging the card, the EFT machine will produce an invoice with the order number and card number. You have to put the invoice number and the last 4 digits of that card number manually into the wePOS to keep track of that sale.
Right now, wePOS does not have any integration with any kind of payment gateway. So, for the card, you have to take the payment and save it manually.

wePOS is officially integrated with WooCommerce only. Mainly the wePOS is for the physical shop to manage the sales and other related things based on the shop. Also, in the wePOS “View POS” dashboard, there is a tax field during checkout in which the user can put tax for the product.
Since you have said that you are using wePOS with a multivendor plugin, I need to inform you that wePOS works with the multivendor plugin Dokan free version only. It may not work with any other multivendor plugin properly.

wePOS Pro is compatible with Dokan lite. But wePOS Pro is not compatible with Dokan Pro. I hope this will be compatible in near future. Right now, wePOS only works and better performs with the WooCommerce store.

The receipt print function triggers from your device OS. So, if you are using windows or mac then the print window will show once to print. It’s the default functionality of the device you are using. You can save the receipt as a PDF for later to print again.
Right now, the refund process from wePOS is not available. So, if you need to refund then you need to do it manually. I hope this will be fixed in future updates.

The barcode generator is not in the wePOS because it can be added from any barcode generator website. The barcode can be generated as the format (EAN, Code 128) you want. Then just add the barcode to the product SKU field. Mainly the barcode is needed for product scanning and adding it to the cart. So, adding products through scanning is the main purpose of the barcode.
Depending on the shop location the barcode format can be changed. Some shops/countries prefer code 128 formats. Some prefer the EAN format. So that is why we did not specify any barcode field individually.

The print function comes from the Operating system. It has nothing to do with the POS plugin. All you need to do is configure the thermal printer with your computer and install the required POS driver according to the model of your thermal printer.
After installing successfully, you will find the paper size of the thermal paper roll and print the invoice made by the wePOS.

Right now the feature is unavailable. We will add this to our feature request list. When we shall get this request from the majority of the user, our product manager will add this feature to the product roadmap.

First, you need to check if the barcode you have created is manually listed in the product SKU field. Or if you use the barcode scanner to scan the product’s default barcode then you need to make sure that the product with that barcode is already uploaded to WooCommerce.

Yes, It is possible. In that case, You need to disable the new notification order from your WP Dashboard. Since this comes from WooCommerce so you need to navigate to WP Dashboard>WooCommerce>Settings>Emails. From there disable the new order email by unchecking the checkmark.
