By checking locally I have found no issue. It seems the issue is happening to your site only. There might be some conflict issues with other plugins/themes. Initially, you can follow this link to check for the conflicts.

wePOS is a plugin that is usually used in a physical shop to maintain customer, order, sale, etc. Most of those shop owners use a device (pc, laptop or tabs) that is compatible with printers and other hardwares. With mobile devices, those hardwares are not too popular. As per our R&D that is why wePOS is still not mobile responsive.
But thank you very much for your kind suggestion and reference. I am letting the assigned team know about it so that they can keep it in the pipeline. If they get more requests like this then they definitely will take the necessary steps regarding this feature.

The receipt functionality is the PRO feature of wePOS. Since this forum does not allow us to discuss about the pro features or the functionalities, we are unable to assist you with this. Also, as per our support policy, we are unable to provide any custom solution. For custom solutions, you can hire a developer to do the customizations.

wePOS is only compatible with WooCommerce. wePOS has been made thinking of the physical shops so that is why compatibility with the multivendor marketplace is not needed.

wePOS is compatible with WordPress 5.9. Try for the viewPOS dashboard with https://mydomain.com/wepos/# URL. If you are still facing the issue then there might be a conflict with other plugins.

The print receipt button is necessary. Because the pop-up after a sale shows that the sale function is working properly. If ever this does not pop up then that means the sale function somehow got messed up. It will help the owner to troubleshoot the issue.
Still, if you need the feature then you may need customization. weDevs support policy does not cover this type of customization. Hope you understand.

By default, the order status gets completed when the order has been placed and paid. So if you want it to be pending status then you may need customization.
The wePOS is done with vue.js. If you want to modify this then you have to modify the core code of the wePOS.
