In reply to: [wePOS - Point Of Sale (POS) for WooCommerce] This page isn’t workingHello @quickbrown ,
Since wePOS is a WooCommerce dependency plugin, you will need to install and activate WooCommerce first. After activating WooCommerce, you may install and activate wePOS. If you try to activate wePOS before activating WooCommerce then the error may throw.
Also, set your permalink correctly. Set the permalink like this doc. Set to Post name and the custom base as /product/.

In reply to: [wePOS - Point Of Sale (POS) for WooCommerce] Adding a little featureHello @elikattoura ,
This will require quite some customization. With our limited Support policy, we are unable to provide any customizations. But I am keeping this thread open so, if anyone wants to contribute, then they can do that.
Thank you!

In reply to: [wePOS - Point Of Sale (POS) for WooCommerce] Disable terawallet supportHello @parkzinc ,
It seems like there has been a conflict. Since wePOS does not have any official integration with terawallet, I am unable to assist you on this. You may contact the terawallet regarding this issue.
Thanks!
Hello @parkzinc ,
Choosing the cashier and viewing the POS dashboard is a premium feature of the wePOS plugin. According to the www.remarpro.com guidelines, commercial products are not supported in this forum.

In reply to: [wePOS - Point Of Sale (POS) for WooCommerce] exclude categoriesHello @evan18 ,
Right now, wePOS is totally dependent on WooCommerce. It fetches the data of WooCommerce and shows it in the POS dashboard. The categories are for the cashier to find out a product based on its category; if he can not find a product through searching or through barcode scanning.
The categories removal is not in our plan. If you could share your point of view or use case then it would be easier for us to understand why the categories you want to be removed.

In reply to: [wePOS - Point Of Sale (POS) for WooCommerce] Woocommerce/ wepos errorHello @rociocalivar ,
This could have happened because of a plugin/theme conflict issue. To avoid this type of conflict you have to check for the plugin conflict.
Deactivate all the plugins except WooCommerce and wePOS. Select a default theme, such as: twenty twenty. Then try to use the “View POS” dashboard of the POS and make a sale. If the sale happens successfully then navigate to the WooCommerce > Orders and find that latest sale you have made with wePOS. This indicates that the wePOS is working perfectly.
Also, try to purchase a product from your marketplace. If you can purchase without any issue then this is probably an issue of another plugin or theme installed on your site.
For more information, you may follow this blog: https://wedevs.com/blog/24556/identify-conflicting-plugin
Let me know the result of your conflict checking.

I have test on my local site but I did not find any issue. wePOS totally depends on WooCommerce so it is fully compatible.
If a customer comes to the shop, purchases something, and then goes to the cashier to pay, then the cashier will count the items’ prices and calculate them through wePOS. This is the scenario wePOS works best. So, since the customer purchases something, it will be completed naturally because the customer will pay instantly on the cash counter. That is why the WooCommerce order shows completed.
If you could elaborate a little bit more on your query then it would be easy for me to understand the issue and I could provide you with proper guidance.

Hello @sitsero ,
I have checked this on my local site and I did not find any issue. If you disable the cash payment from the WooCommerce payment settings then it should not show on the checkout page.
This could happen for conflict between plugins or themes. You can disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and wePOS. Also, choose a default theme, like twenty twenty theme. Then try again to see if the cash option is still showing.
If the issue does not persist then this was probably a theme or plugin conflict. You need to enable it one by one to check which one was causing this issue.
Also, I visited your site and found that there was no cash option showing on the checkout page. So, I am not sure if the issue has been solved or something else.
Hope this helps you.

Hello @walid91 ,
You can deactivate the Dokan seller setup wizard by navigating WP Dashboard > Dokan > Settings > General > Disable welcome wizard > Click on Save changes. Since you can deactivate this feature from the default settings, you do not need to add any filter.

Hello @ecoshopn ,
I have tried to reproduce the issue but failed to do so. I did not find any issue with checkoutwc and the console did not return any error while checkout, activating Dokan lite. If you could provide more insight about reproducing the issue then that would really help us.
Also, this could be a conflict too. But without properly reproducing the issue can not say for sure if the conflict is really a “conflict” or just a bug.
Thank you!
Hello @lexsiqueira ,
VHSys is a 3rd party management system. As you may know that Dokan is based on WooCommerce. Dokan is capable to handle stock management, invoice management, and so many features with WooCommerce. We have no official integration with the VHSys.
We have opened our APIs for development. If you want to develop our plugin and integrate it with your desired one then you need to have the support of an expert.
This is a fairly complex development topic. Even though this isn’t related to the core plugin –which is what this forum is for– I’m going to leave it open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in to help you out.
For your convenience, here is our official API documentation. This might be helpful for you.

Hello @ideskmedia ,
wePOS does not have its own print function. It uses the browser’s print function. So, you can just install the printer and the browser print dialogue box should get the paper size automatically depending on the printer’s driver installed on your pc/laptop.
The color or the DPI of the print depends on the printer not on our plugin because our plugin does not work that way.
You can change the padding of the printable area to make the receipt size smaller. But that is our PRO feature. As per this forum’s policy we can not discuss the pro feature of a plugin. So, you can contact us by clicking here if you have any questions regarding that.
