I was too anxious mostly because of that “half products was disapproved by WooCommerce itself”.
You clearly explained everything and I don’t see any issues. If I see the problem in Merchant Center -> I resolve it in WooCommerce -> everything is fine after sync.
You`ve put everything on their places. My question is resolved!

Does that mean WooCommerce shares rules with google standards, so I am able to resolve all the errors – both in console and in WooCommerce at once by just resolving those 80?
I am a bit confused, because
1) WooCommerce said nothing
2) 80 products is far not the half of 6000
3) how do I check if WooCommerce is OK with my products after resolving those 80?

Oh, I get it. The weird zeros thing is just not really successful joke of the database in the office sotware, so I guess I need to create a separate number for a gtin than. Thanks so much one more time!

Now I know what to do and it seems the problem with Content API was because of the Google Lisstings ands Ads. As I undestand your plugin and Google’s are sharing the same goal so there is no need to use both.
What about gtin – I guess I’ll just find the way to add a number before zeros programatically.
I really appreciate your help. If I am mistaken in smth, please correct me.

I’ve written to Product Feed Pro support and here what I’ve known so far:
1. It seems, Google Listings and Ads and Product Feed Pro both has kind of the same goal, so there is no purpose to use both. Otherwise, Merchant Center would say: All products duplicated by multiple feeds or smth like that.
2. It is important to properly set up your feed in Merchant Center as well.
3. If Merchant Center says in Diagnostics page “your products are OK”, then they are OK ??
However, I have one more question left exclusively about WooCommerce.
As I mentioned before, Google Support told me WooCommerce itself disapproved half of my products. I am just using WordPress + WooCommerce to store information about my products. Is it possible WooCommerce could just block some of them according to its own principles? And if it is possible, how do I check that?

I appreciate you help! It seems you’re right! Actually, I did not configure any feeds in Merchant Center. I just set Product Feed Pro in WordPress and the feed appeared in Merchant Center by itself.
Consequently, I deleted the feed and added it manually according to the instructions you mentioned. It works great!
However, I have two more questions now. Could you please pay a bit more attention to me, if it’s not hard for you?
1. I failed with gtin values. My values looks like this: 00000005801, 00000005802, 00000005803 etc But google recognizes them as 5801, 5802, 5803 etc
Is there a way to save zeros? Or somehow attach the number before manually?
2. When I manually refresh the feed in WordPress (https://imgur.com/VDFyQEK) (let’s say to apply new mapping settings) Merchant Center automatically creates the new feed again (and it also hard to delete it!)!

Regarding to the disapproval instruction:
I do have “Product Feed Pro” plugin on my website. I have set it up and synced. I see my only feed in Merchant Center, so it is synced. I synced products manually by this (it says: manually refresh product feed):

That’s why I do not have any notifications or errors.

However, Google Listings and Ads says I have 80 items disapproved (and these notifications are visible in Merchant Center in Products -> Diagnostics as well):
