Sorry for the extended silence and thank you so much for your help!
I wasn’t sure how to figure out if I had scripts or too many scripts or how to keep them from loading – so I simply uninstalled everything and reinstalled and recreated the form. Even deleted the old Google captcha secret codes and started fresh. I have no idea what is different with it now than originally – – but the problem (for now) is gone and all is well!!
Thanks again!One question:
you said on one page you detected three scripts and on another you detected only two.
Are you saying there SHOULD be three scripts on each page??Thank you!!! I will try what you suggested. Presently, our host Pair Networks, informs us that our email address is “compromised” – – – and being used to send spam. No idea if the captcha issue is related or not, but it’s vital we get it to work! Again, thank you.
Also this page – – https://windrifthill.com/my-account/
When customers try to login, after clicking “i’m not robot” – – the grid of images to verify yourself does not fully display, this occurs ONLY on a phone.
Works ok on a desktop.
Please help!!——————————-

In reply to: [WooCommerce] coupon for percentage discount for specific productsI think I may see something:
Product CATEGORIES for the discount coupon appear to work and get the discount applied, but products listed INDIVIDUALLY where one can list products do NOT, coupon doesn’t work for items listed individually. Any thoughts?
We had to list certain products this way because only certain SIZES were getting the discount, so we couldn’t just list it under “category” – hope this makes sense.
Help!!! Thank you!Hmmm, anybody out there? – – I’m wondering whether this forum thread is being moderated? Is there a better venue for tech support for this plugin?
NOTE: we phoned and spoke with Authorize and they say they are not even seeing any Error 13’s from their end…..but in our Woocommerce orders section – all the FAILED orders say they are due to Authorize.net Error 13.
To clarify – – – we are getting INTERMITTENT Error 13 issue.
Sometimes the error will last for hours – all orders FAIL – – and then suddenly “go away” and clear up – – Order process normally again. Help!? What to do?

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Google Recaptcha Images Not DisplayingHmmm, ok. Will do. I’ll also need to enlist the help of someone who had trouble with the recaptcha though as it always worked ok for me on MY computer!?
Thank you –

In reply to: Error Establishing Database ConnectionYes, willy-nilly we managed to get it back again.
Don’t you find it concerning though that a web hosting company would advise clients that the solution to this error message is to delete their site, delete their WP install and start over with a fresh installation of WP?
Thank you very much for your input!

In reply to: Weird Word Breaks on Mobile DevicesNever mind – – – I just made the text smaller, even though I’m sure there was another way. Thanks all!
I have the opposite problem – my form shows up, but the reviews do NOT!
I am totally new to this plugin and not finding it terribly intuitive. Do we even have to place the shortcode into any page where we wish to use the plugin?
We have this shortcode on our comments page:
[WPCR_SHOW POSTID=”ALL” NUM=”5″ PAGINATE=”1″ PERPAGE=”5″ SHOWFORM=”1″ HIDEREVIEWS=”0″ HIDERESPONSE=”0″ SNIPPET=”” MORE=”” HIDECUSTOM=”0″ ]For your situation – – make sure “SHOWFORM” has the number 1, to activate it.
How do you get the reviews to display on the page??

In reply to: [DHL WooCommerce Shipping Method] DHL Method Not Showing UpHey Running Bum – –
We had to purchase the premium version of the DHL plugin. Then we were issued some “custom code” that we added to our WP install which enabled DHL to NOT display for domestic orders (which is how we happened to want it to work).
This plugin doesn’t work at all with the shipping zones – – it is not designed to work that way. It will show up across the board for all zones. The custom code enables you to configure the DHL option to show up ONLY where you want it to. (i.e. in our case, only offer DHL for international orders)
Hopefully, the plugin will soon be revised to jive with WooCommerce a bit more intuitively.
Bottom line – – we’ve got it working now!

In reply to: [DHL WooCommerce Shipping Method] DHL Method Not Showing UpHey Running Bum – – Once we purchased the “premium” version and added the snippet (which essentially enables the DHL option to be hidden from shipping zones where you don’t want DHL) it worked out OK. We had to make additional adjustments to our box dimensions, but depending what you’re shipping you may not need to.
