Thanks for the speedy response.
I did a page with just the one player originally. I only added the others as a way to describe the problem to you.
RE the plugins, it doesn’t make sense that it’s a plugin conflict because of this…
“I even tried taking the shortcode into another website where the player is installed and working. Even on a page where the player is working, the new one doesn’t play while the one that is there already does.”
Here are two pages from that other website where one button works and the other doesn’t.
This is the new one that doesn’t work.

Both of these are versions uploaded to CPanel.
Any other ideas?
I’m going to be very sorry if I can’t get this player to work!
