Ideally, I would like no translation for “job” and use “job” for all languages for the beginning of my permalinks.
I begin to search in the code.

For one job, we have a different content by language and all other permalinks works well (like posts).

In the backend, when you create or edit a job, you have, just under the title, the permalink (you can edit it, view the job and get a shortlink) : at this place, the permalink has the good format : …/job/<job title>
But, in the frontend, in the page where jobs are listed, the link to a job detail has a bad format : …/poste/<job title>
where “job” is translated in french to “poste”.
So, I would like to fix it with “job” for all languages.
