i made a test and email was triggered and then made another test with another email and no email was triggered

Sometimes when i clear cache i get the notification and the email to accep the new vendor… you think that clear cache is something to do with this… im using the plugin WP Fastest Cache

I made a test.. the first time with clear cache, i get the notification and the email…
then 5 minuts later i did another test and i didnt get any notificacion or email… just see the vendor as a suscriptor

No, now they are getting the thank you page but i don’t receive any notification or email, and i see the vendor as a subscription user..

so what should i do?

when you click to register is redirected to /?vmstep=payment ,theres is a way to redirect to the thank you page??

I tried it and it still doesn’t work for me, I told a friend to sign up and stay at the confirmation step… and the notification of new vendor never comes to me, I don’t know how it works for you

no fatal errors log and no javascript error…
its just stay in confirmation step bar and nothing happens
