Awesome! We’re glad it’s working well for you! Please let me know if I can do anything more for you!

Can your Ninja Forms collect the submissions into different lists based on what the person who is filling up the form choose from a drop down menu? For example one part of the form is a drop down menu with options: blank, male, female. So all submissions with “blank” goes to one list, “male” to other list and “female” to the third list. The number of lists would be the same as the number of options in that drop down menu.

All submissions are stored in the same place, but they can be searched based on field values and exported as a CSV to be sliced and diced however you like in the spreadsheet editor of your choice.

If you are referring to email lists such as MailChimp or Constant Contact, you can use our Conditional Logic extension to fire different actions based on the option the user chooses in their form. (i.e. only fire the “Add to Guys List” email action if the user chooses “Male” and ignore it if they choose “Female”)
