Having a similar problem. Working on Friday, not working today. I’ve re-set up Jetpack, I’ve disconnected from FB and re-set up FB. It says Twitter is connected on the Jetpack screen but that FB isn’t connected. Neither of them appear to be working on my posts and, like you, Chloe, I can’t change the custom message either. Pretty sure it’s not my end as I’ve checked the FB Business integrations and it says that WordPress is active. Pretty fedup as I feed most of my social media from my blog. To be fair, I haven’t actually published a post as mine are all scheduled ahead.
Help, anyone?
