I’m having the exact same problem. All settings are done as instructed and Facebook won’t load anything. I turned off Yoast SEO and they share perfectly. ?

This isn’t the support section, if you go to the support threads you’ll have better luck.
I did see in another thread that the lite version of mobile doesn’t have the text. If you get the premium versions you can opt to have it show or not.

I deleted and tried to reinstall but I get this message on the screen:

Ok, I didn’t set it to delete the data in the options so I deleted the plugin, re-installed it when I went to activate it I now get this error message

I don’t know what any of that means… I originally installed it, left it on defaults and it worked beautifully.. Isn’t there a default that just works?

If I uninstall the plugin is that going to cause me to lose the testimonials?
