Can’t help you and I hope that you do get resolution on your situation. I do appreciate your entry as I’ve tried to use the “e-commerce” plugin from instinct and it’s way to buggy. Doesn’t look like there’s a good e-commerce solution for WordPress out there yet.

Unfortunately mufasa you’re deluding yourself if you think that your team and web site is providing good customer service because you’re not. Just take a good look at all the unresolved problems listed on your forum and so many of them revolve around the same basic problems. I’ve been fighting problems for a week now and I’m ready to move on and find some thing else. . . any thing . . .that would be more reliable then your plug-in.

It’s really sad that WordPress’s customer sat. of this plug-in so inaccurately reflects the problems, lack of support and buggy code that the “WP e-commerce” plug-in still is 10 months later. I’ve installed WordPress 2.8.4 and WP e-commerce 3.7.4 and have been battling the plug-in for a week over bugs in the way it handles product images. Zero support from their forum from either other users or “god forbid” the actual developers.

Run don’t walk away from this plug-in. There’s no way I would trust my e-commerce to this plug-in knowing the lack of support and nature of all the broken features it has.
