I never heard an answer back on this, but here is what I did. Some of the plugins (Hello Dolly, Technorati, TextLinkAds, etc) are listed twice on the dashboard. I had activated both plugins and I think that caused the blank screen. I deleted the plugin in FTP and then reinstalled WordPress, although I don’t know if the reinstall was necessary.

I am still experiencing the problem above. However my blog is displayed with the default theme at troubleinturn2.mikemaruska.com/index.php, but not at troubleinturn2.mikemaruska.com like it normally does. I can’t make any changes or anything, so I’m wondering if I have a file in the wrong spot or something.

    I also tried to add
    template: Redz 2.0
to the CSS, but that didn’t seem to work either.

I checked with my host, and it was indeed a problem on their end. Thank you for the help and patience.

When I look in phpMyAdmin it says there are no databases. However when I look on my hosting control panel it lists my database mikemaruska_com_-_wordpress.

Is there something else I should try in phpMyAdmin? I’m not sure what other information to give that would be helpful.

    Thanks.

I have returned to my original settings and it still is not working. When I say changes, I was simply doing things on the WP dashboard like changing options or adding links. Should I try to reinstall or is there something else to try?

    Thanks.
