I have already 2 or 3 mail via their contact form but still have not gotten any reply from their end.

I have already checked the email and nothing was found in there.
The issue was on their end but they didn’t take this seriously instead of helping me on this they are totally ignoring me.
They just take the money and go.
I am very disappointed with the support.
I’m unable to log in to my support forum panel so how can I send the request to support?
Whenever I try to log in it gives me an error just like I send it on the screenshot.
I also see blank entries in the backend.

I have tested form making my default theme to active theme as well as inactive all the plugins but still after submitting the form no data comes to the mail.
I have also enabled Append IP Address, Browser, and Referring URL to message into a setting as well and that data comes to the mail but not the form data.

The support couldn’t be provided without the user’s login. It appears that their login functionality isn’t working, so where can I find support for this issue?
