We understand the urgency of this issue and are committed to resolving it as quickly as possible. However, despite the information you have provided, we have been unable to replicate the problem on our end.
You mentioned that the issue occurred even before updating the plugin, which suggests that the update was not the cause of the problem. Additionally, you noted that you created over 10 custom templates, which we successfully tested with the Intrace theme and all plugins in your system status. You also indicated that no changes were made apart from small CSS modifications, which has not provided further insights. Given the circumstances, it’s unlikely that the site’s issues are due to no changes being made.
We have reviewed your .htaccess file and permalinks, and they appear to be configured correctly. Additionally, we are unable to access your site editor link due to restrictions set by the WordPress forum.
Have you contacted your server or hosting administrator to see if they have any insights into the issue? Their input might be valuable in diagnosing the problem.
We are dedicated to assisting you and will continue to investigate. However, we need more specific information to identify the root cause of the issue. Any information that you think might cause the issue.

We are currently unable to replicate the issue on our end. To further investigate, could you please provide the following information:
- Have you recently migrated your site to a new host?
- Does the issue persist if you try accessing the site from a different browser or device? (This will help determine if it might be a browser cache problem.)
- If you deactivate all plugins except for Gutenverse, does the issue still occur?
- Has the Gutenverse plugin or theme been recently updated? If so, did it work fine before the update? If applicable, try reverting to the previous version to see if that resolves the issue.
- Have there been any significant changes to your site recently, apart from modifications to the
.htaccess
file? - How many custom templates did you create?

If there is a setting in that plugin that minifies/combines JS(Javascript) files, you can disable only that one setting while keeping other cache settings on.
This way you don’t have to deactivate the whole plugin.Hi @resjors
Do you use any caching plugin by any chance?
Try deactivate plugins one by one and see if there is any plugin conflict with Gutenverse.Hi @asuccurro
One font is default from the theme and the other is downloaded/installed by you.
It shouldn’t cause conflicts, it just adds another option with the same name.

Regarding the issue,
1. Try install other block plugins, the reason is we want to make sure if the issue occur because of our plugin or block plugins in general.
2. I saw you use PHP v8.2, if possible could you lower the version to < 8.1?
Sometimes there is issue with higher php version.
3. I saw you also use caching plugin, this maybe wouldn’t make any sense inside the editor, but lets just also check this just in case. If there is setting that caching JS or minifying JS, try disabling that. the minifying option usually merge plugins JS file and might cause problems.
