Our payouts are aggregated and paid out daily, and not per transaction. The merchants can sign into their Yoco Business profiles and they will be able to see the sales associated with each payout, in the Sales History menu.- This reply was modified 3 weeks, 6 days ago by yocoadmin.

I’m not sure if you are still having a problem installing the plugin. If so, please send this info over on an email to [email protected] and we’ll investigate on our end:
- Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs tab> copy the logs with yoco in the file name
- Send the logs + your URL on an email to?[email protected]
- Also send over your WordPress and WooCommerce version numbers.

Sorry to hear about this. From the info you’ve shared we can’t start our investigation and we need you to share the logs and System Logs by visiting Woocommerce > Status > Logs and select the logs file with Yoco in the file name.

Sorry to hear about that. Could you please do the following:
- Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs tab> copy the logs with yoco in the file name
- Send the logs + your URL on an email to [email protected]
- Also send over your WordPress and WooCommerce version numbers.
Just for context: the error that says “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.” is an error due the the latest changes in the WooCommerce’s Checkout page. We resolved this issue and on the latest version. I’m suspecting there was something wrong in the installation phase.
Please send the info over to us and we’ll pickup the thread there.

On Wednesday 31st January we had an issue with the reporting of the order status on WooCommerce side. The team then made a fix later that night and we’re monitoring quite closely the transactions. The issue should be fixed.

The logs should appear, then please copy & email it on [email protected]
You can send multiple logs as well.

We have released this and our plugin supports the HPOS feature. Please upgrade your plugin by using these steps:
- Go to Dashboard > Plugins > Installed Plugins > locate Yoco Payment plugin in the list
- Click Deactivate and then Delete
- Go to Plugins > Add New and search for Yoco – Install the latest version of the plugin.
- Wait for one minute then click on Activate the plugin.
- Go to Yoco Plugin Settings and Remove the Live and Test Keys values. Make sure the input fields are empty (it’ll give you an error which is ok, as the fields has been empty)
- Go to Yoco Portal > Selling Online > Payment Gateway and Copy the Live & Test Secret Keys, one at a time
- Go back to the Plugin Settings on the website and Paste the keys, one at a time. Make sure to only use a copy & paste approach and not type the keys by yourself as it may result in incorrect keys and failed activation.
- Click Save Changes
- Do a Test transaction to make sure the plugin is working
Lastly please make sure you are using a compatible versions of WordPress (supporting up to 6.3.1), WooCommerce (supporting up to 8.1.0) and PHP (7.4.0 or higher) as a prerequisite for the plugin to work.

Please try to follow these steps:- Deactivate the installed version and Delete it
- Go to Plugins -> Add New and search for Yoco – Install version 3.2.0. Wait for a minute then move to the next step.
- Activate it
- Go to Yoco Plugin Settings and Remove the Live and Test Keys values. Make sure the input fields are empty
- Go to Yoco Portal -> Selling Online -> Payment Gateway and Copy the Live & Test Secret Keys
- Go back to the Plugin Settings on your website and Paste them
- Click Save Changes
- Do a Test transaction to make sure the plugin is working
