If you want your menu to get close to WooCommerce, then simply use the adequate index (WooCommerce is set to 55 so you can set yours to 56). There’s no need for a custom function for that.
I don’t have the issue as a customer but as a plugin developer whose customers send support request to because they can’t find our admin menus, overriden by yours.
So far, when we tell them why they don’t see our plugin menu, they simply deactivate your plugin.
There are many plugin developers out there, and not so many create professional quality plugins. The least we could expect from other professionals is to respect WordPress standards, using available hooks and functions.
Hello,
It depends on what you want to change. If you want to change the base content and style/colors of the emails, you can go to “Email Settings” in the WooRewards Admin Panel.
There you can change fields like the title or the header and all styles, sizes and colors. If you want to go deeper in the modification and add specific content, it can be done in the file mailernewcoupon.php inside the include folder.
Go to our online documentation to learn more about styling emails with our stygen tool.
Regards
Hello,
Sorry for the long delai, but we were not informed of a new support request on the www.remarpro.com website. I just saw this.
I hope you solved your problem since then, but if not, here’s what to do :
– Delete the woorewards folder inside your public_html/wp-content/plugins directory (this will allow your website to work again)
– Download and install the last version of this plugin through the plugin page of your administration.
– After reinstallation, all your previous settings should be restored.Sorry for the inconvenience
