My subscription to ocean core extension bundle has expired recently. So the latest version of the plugin is right now inaccessible for me.

Did this. the problem is still there when I disable all plugins accept ocean extra and my plugin. Disabling ocean extra doesn’t help either ??

ONLY the change in theme solves the issue.

Unfortunately, not a premium user, license got expired few months ago.

Also, tried as per your suggestion but found no plugin conflict as well. Only changing the theme solves the issue.

I have tried switching the theme but the problem still exists. Also, I have another website where I used the Flatsome theme and the problem is there too.

I have tried deactivating other plugins but found no plugin conflict.

You cannot simply mark this thread as “resolved”.

Hi, the problem was solved when I set a cache timeout of 10 hours. Thank you.

But I already enabled it from the woocommerce>settings>products dashboard. See the screenshot.
