The only way I know to access anything on the website is via the WordPress admin log-in. We are a small voluntary association.

Regarding the SSL certificate it did tell me that there was an issue and that it could not update. I told the site to override. Could this be causing the issue?

Unfortunately I have no other access to the site via webhosting. Is there any other way that I can manually disable plug-ins?
I have no idea what an FTP manager is, sorry. So any further guidance on how to do so will be much appreciated
