The api key says I have access at least to gpt-4 but the bot does not think it is available. See question below.

I purchase the latest version 2.4.7 last night and configure the chatbot per the instructions. I added the shortcode to the page and the chatbot icon comes up in the lower right part of the screen. However, when I click the the icon it just disappears and no chatbot popup appears.

I figured it out. The way the mailpoet pluggin is building the recommended cname and txt records, was causing a problem. Only the hostname portion of the URL needed to be copied into the dns record and the provider’s system inputs the domain name and top level domain name. So I was getting those entries twice. example hostname.domain.com.domain.com should just be entered as hostname, the providers system adds the domain.com.

Also unable to verify DNS records. I have the same probelms as @shortxstack.

Having issues with verifying DNS records. They’re correct, but it still says missing.

Latest version of free and premium plugin.

Our DNS records all check out with theDNS CHECKER checks listed here , there is nothing wrong with them.

The email addresses in our settings share the same domain, but still getting “dns record completely missing” on every verification attempt.

Makes no sense, it’s been days since we added the records, and currently waiting on a support ticket response.
