In reply to: theme install error loading contentThanks for the link. Unfortunately that is not quite the same error.
However, I have now found the ‘reinstall wordpress’ through the dashboard / updates tab, rather than having to reinstall over ftp. It all works again. So I think it must have been a poor extract / upload connection.
Thank you.

In reply to: [Enigma] adjust padding below serviceHi Manoj,
That is very useful thank you. I have removed the extra padding in the lower sections and like the result.
.enigma_service {
padding: 0px !important;
}.enigma_blog_area {
padding: 0px !important;

In reply to: Could not create directory when adding/updating pluginsForum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: ftp update core/plugin issues 'could not remove the old plugin'.I have added a completely new wordpress install named ‘wpress’ with a new db too, all new files. Looking via ws_ftp each folder is chmod 755 and each file is chmod 644. To be sure I also looked through the sites file manager, all permission are 0755 (rwx r-x r-x)
I uploaded an older plugin, then tried through wp plugin manager to update the plugin, it stuck on “Could not create directory.”
The web host has shown me the php.ini file. It is 1660 lines of code. What should I be looking at or changing in there, to test again?

In reply to: ftp update core/plugin issues 'could not remove the old plugin'.Hi Dan,
Thanks for the reply. I also had the same/similar issue when trying to update the core, so it’s not singled out to the plugins folder.
I have checked again and all folders are 755 and files 644. I made them all 777 as a test, and still the same wall was hit.
I will check again with the server host.
Any more ideas? What about the use of a phpini file, what can that do to help?

In reply to: [Responsive Photo Gallery] Adding PhotosHi Alex,
Thanks for the reply. I have logged into to your demo admin and saw that if you upload multiple images it automatically adds them to the current gallery. Nice.
I’ll do some further testing on that demo account and then be sending you my money for the upgrade. The one issue I have is your website doesn’t work in China, so I have to do everything through a VPN.

In reply to: [Responsive Photo Gallery] Adding PhotosHi,
Our next upgrade in pro version is add multiple photo at time.
We will work with this feature and we will upgrade it in 2 or 3 dayI have just downloaded this gallery Version 1.3
To me having the ability to upload a whole album in bulk, not image by image, is a requisite of any photo gallery.
Have you enabled this feature yet? If so, where to find it?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Hemingway] hemingway css radio buttons emptyHi Anders,
The newsletter is here, and you can see it also on the sidebar widget.
I have noticed that it doesn’t display radio buttons on chrome, but does work on on iPhone. They also display correctly on iexplore (but when checking on iexplore I see the header image doesn’t stretch wider than 1,920 px).
Thanks for looking into this.

In reply to: [Hemingway] Responsive menu on iPadHi Anders,
Thanks for the fast response. And it was a jQuery issue with ‘Jquery Validation For Contact Form 7’ – I disabled that and the menu/search works exactly as it should.
Thanks again for the support.
