I have got it. For some reason WP forum server that I have had working for a year or so has caused the problem. Sorted by process of elimination with my plugins. Also my .htaccess file was blank for some reason and I never touch that!
No that’s the only change I have made recently, I try the site several times a day. When I log in as admin all the pages posts etc are all there, it just feels like the Mary Celeste. The site is https://psychicrated.com but I have put it into maintenance mode until I can get it resolved.
